Although Melissa has only been at Waterloo Brewing for one year, she has become an integral part of the Can Line 1 team by building positive relationships and her amazing attention to detail. She always asks for help when she needs it and seeks feedback to improve her performance. Melissa works hard on the can line from the minute she comes in, to the time she leaves. She can be trusted to get the job done. Above all, Melissa puts people first and helps others whenever she can.

What’s your favourite thing about being part of the Waterloo crew?
My favourite thing about working at Waterloo are the people. Everyone helps each other and it’s amazing to see all departments work together to make great beer.
